Check your delivery carrier – let us know which company delivered (or is holding) your package.
Have you already paid the fee?
If yes: You shouldn’t have been charged. Please get in touch with the carrier and explain that the parcel was sent under IOSS. If you have a receipt or any correspondence, share it with us and we’ll help chase it up.
If no: Brilliant – there’s nothing due. Please share the carrier’s name (and contact details if you have them) so we can make sure everything runs smoothly.
